Here at MCS, its not only our sub-contractors who are working hard, we also have a team of in-house staff who keep everything afloat. With new members of staff and old ones, here is a brief ‘get to know them’ about everyone.
Management Team
First of all, we have our managing director Brian. He is a hard-working grafter who doesn’t just sit in the office doing paperwork, he is out on site each day as a contractor himself, adding the benefit of working one on one with a lot of our subcontractors. Flexibly taking on what ever roll he can to help and further expand the company.
Next up is Joanna, she is our contracts manager, taking on the majority of admin duties and constantly striving for the best. Always eager to lend a hand with her quick-thinking fixes and ‘go getter’ attitude, she is an essential part of the MCS team, taking on a multitude of roles to assure everything is running smoothly.
Lorraine Divers is our accounts manager. Lorraine is a bubbly, light-hearted individual who can be likened to a ray of sunshine. Bringing optimism into the work environment and keeping the team smiling. Lorraine deals extensively with all admin duties required and is the one making sure everything is organized and correctly managed.
You may be wondering to yourself “but who’s job is it to write these posts?” and that would be where I come in, I’m Kayleigh, the social media and digital manager. Hoping to bring a more modern outlook to our platforms across all medias and draw in a larger demographic of contractors in the future.
Valued Members
In addition to permanent members of the team we also have a pool of consultants who support us when required. One being a project manager (prince 2 practitioner) who works with MCS on specific projects. We hope that Emma will be involved a lot more in the future of MCS.
Last but not least is one of the most valued members of the team here at MCS, Patrick McDonagh. With over 40+ years of experience, Patrick has been instrumental to the growth of MCS over the last couple of years. From being Brian’s right hand man to making a large impact on many of the lives he walks into on or off site, he deserves to be credited for the influence he has had on our staff and company from the beginning.
As you can see, we are a family run business each bringing our own expertise to make MCS as successful as possible. We will all continue to train and learn as we grow as individuals and as a company and support each other’s successes.
